Looking for a way to reconnect with your strength and your community? Without the cost of childcare holding you back?

Our Dumbbells & Diapers program is designed with you in mind. This 6-week series is perfect for moms or dads. Whether you're postpartum, homeschooling, a stay-at-home parent, or simply in need of a space to move your body and meet other adults in the same stage of life.

Each 45-minute session is coach-led with intentional programming to help you build strength, feel energized, and leave recharged. You'll receive guidance from a certified trainer and benefit from a program created specifically for this season of life. One where you're juggling diapers, nap schedules, and everything in between.

Bring your littles with you! Children must remain secured during class time for their safety-whether that's in a stroller, carrier, pack-n-play, or in our designated safety area near you. While they're kept safe and nearby, you'll be able to move, sweat, and connect without worrying about extra daycare costs.
