Baked Haddock with Clam Stuffing served over seafood broth with tomatoes, bacon, herbs and potatoes

Chicken Tetrazzini
chicken breast cutlet served over pasta tossed with spinach, roasted red peppers and pancetta. Topped with roasted garlic cream sauce and Parmesan cheese

Hungarian Style Beef
beef sirloin simmered with onions, carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, tomato and paprika. Served over boiled potatoes. Topped with sour cream

Baked Zucchini with Ricotta and Basil
Served over spinach and roasted red pepper purée
