Sautéed chicken breast served over creamed spinach + artichoke. Served with roasted potatoes and Creole hollandaise.

Stuffed Eggplant Pasta
Eggplant stuffed with chicken, sweet Italian sausage and spinach. Served with pasta, roasted red pepper sauce and ricotta cheese.

Roasted Vegetable Shepherds Pie
Onions, peppers, carrots, parsnips, mushrooms, celery and green beans topped with whipped potatoes

Beef Stroganoff
Beef sirloin in mushroom sauce over egg noodles. Topped with sour cream and fresh dill.

Include Chef's Salad + Chef's Dessert
