The Inspired Youth-A Pre-Summer Motivational Seminar at Go For It Fitness

The Inspired Youth is a pre-summer motivational seminar hosted by Go For It Fitness & Personal Training!

Creating an interest and drive within our youth to pursue their passions is of upmost importance to the future of our community. Our seminar will assist in inspiring its participants through success stories told by our guest speakers.

We have the pleasure of welcoming Bobby Stewart a former Professional Boxer and Dr. Michael J. Fraser a Doctor of Sports Psychology to speak at this event!

Aside from success stories our seminar will get into topics on how to overcome internal and external circumstances in order to attain personal growth and achieve goals.

Ages 8-18 are welcome to attend and no admission fee is necessary......this is a FREE event and we wish the attendees come prepared to interact with their speakers.
