Morning Bird Walk at Landis Arboretum
Join us for this always popular Arboretum program. We hope to see or hear over 40 species of birds in the forest, fields, and water areas of Landis. Wear footwear appropriate for muddy conditions. Binoculars will be available. Beginners and experienced birders are welcome. Partial funding for this class provided through a grant from Stewart?s Shops Holiday Match Program. Saratoga Arts Presents: Art in the Park at Congress Park
Art in the Park 2025 Saturday, May 24th, 2025 (rain date Saturday, May 31st, 2025) Join us for our annual art fair in Congress Park, located in beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs. The event features artists from near and far representing all genres of work in a beautiful park setting. Artists will be on hand selling and discussing their work with the public. The event will also feature, live music, artist demos, and more! This event is free and open to the public!

The Albany Area Amateur Astronomers will be hosting the following star parties in 2025 at Landis Arboretum: Saturday, Mar 29 ? 8:00pm (new moon) Saturday, Apr 26 - 8:30pm (night before new moon) Saturday, May 24 ? 9:00pm (new moon -2) Wednesday, June 25 ? 9:00pm (new moon) Sunday, July 27 ? 9:00pm (new moon +2) Thursday, August 21 ? 7:30pm AAAA Annual Meeting and Stargazing (new moon -1) Sunday, Sept 21? 7:30pm (new moon) Saturday, October 25 ? 7:00pm (waxing crescent moon) Star parties are cancelled if the skies will be mostly cloudy. Come view the stars and planets in Landis' dark skies with members of the Albany Area Amateur Astronomers. A variety of telescopes will be set up for viewing the heavens, revealing nebulae, star clusters, galaxies, double stars, planets, and other celestial objects.
